Restoration Project Manager

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our growing rebuild team as Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to expand their skills in the restoration construction industry.

We build teams with those holding themselves to a high standard and who care about the quality of work they produce and its impact on their team members and the customers we serve.

A Project Manager (PM) serves residential homes and commercial facilities that experience a property loss (water, sewage, mold, or fire) or for customers who request light remodel projects. A successful candidate should have construction experience and a willingness to support project completion.

PM serves as the customer’s primary point of contact, managing all aspects of the project scope, timeline, and budget from the initial appointment to final payments. Collaborate with leaders from mitigation to ensure customer services are performed timely, accurately, and completely according to standards. Through excellent customer service the PM creates the highest level of satisfaction for customers and partners.

This is not an entry level role - experience is required.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing software
  • Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimate
  • Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service, including subcontractors
  • Review job documentation to support services provided and proper client requirements and billing process
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Manage expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other materials
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Effective written and oral communication
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • IICRC certifications - preferred
  • Xactimate® experience – preferred

We are an IICRC certified restoration company.

All offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion of a post offer background check, motor vehicle report and state level drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
